How do I check to see if my order has been shipped?
Simply log into your account to view your order history and order status.

I have a question about the fit of an item. Can you help?
Of course! Head to our Contact Page and fill our the contact form. We’ll answer any fit/sizing questions you may have.

When should I expect my order?
FedEx Ground - All orders are shipped within 1 business day of your order date. Once your package has shipped, it should arrive within 5-7 business days.

FedEx 2 day - Orders must be received by 12:00pm PST for your order to ship out same business day.  Orders placed on weekend will ship Monday for Wednesday delivery  (i.e. if you need your order by Tuesday, correct shipping mode would be overnight)  Holidays may delay shipments. 

FedEx Overnight - Orders must be received by 12:00pm PST for your order to ship out same business day. Holidays may delay shipments.

FedEx International -  please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

How long will it take to process my return?
We will notify you via email when we’ve received your return and your refund has been issued.  The length of time for the refund to post to your original form of payment varies.

How do I track my package once it’s been shipped?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order once it’s placed?
Because we process orders within 1 business day, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped.

How do I use a promo code?
Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click ‘Have a promo code?’ then, type in the promo code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or towards the purchase of a gift card and only one can be used per order. Other exclusions may apply.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain and the United Kingdom. Customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

The item I just purchased is now on sale. Can I apply my promo code now?
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be used towards previous purchases. To stay in the know on sales, events, and more, be sure to sign up for our mailing list or follow us on instagram.

Can I use more than one promo code on one order?
Sorry, only one discount code can be applied to each order.
